RUY Helpline is conveniently located in Memphis, Tennessee, easily accessible from major highways and Memphis International Airport. Our facility serves individuals and families throughout the greater Memphis area and beyond.
Driving Directions
From Interstate 240 (East): Take Exit 18 for Getwell Rd. Head south on Getwell Rd for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Scottsway Rd. Our facility will be on the right.
From Interstate 55 (South): Merge onto I-240 East. Take Exit 18 for Getwell Rd, then follow the directions above.
From Downtown Memphis: Take I-240 East approximately 10 miles. Take the Getwell Rd exit and head south. Turn right onto Scottsway Rd. The drive takes about 20 minutes depending on traffic.
From Jackson, TN: Follow I-40 West to I-240 South, then take Getwell Rd south to Scottsway Rd. Approximate drive time is 1 hour 20 minutes.
Airport & Transportation
From Memphis International Airport (MEM): Our facility is located approximately 5 miles southeast of the airport, about a 12-minute drive. Take Democrat Rd east to Getwell Rd, then head south to Scottsway Rd. Taxi and rideshare services are readily available from the airport terminal.
Parking: Free on-site parking is available for patients, visitors, and family members. Our lot is well-lit and monitored for your safety. Handicap-accessible spaces are available near the main entrance.
Public Transit: The MATA (Memphis Area Transit Authority) bus system provides service to the area surrounding our facility. Route 32 Getwell stops within walking distance. Contact MATA at (901) 274-6282 for schedules and route planning assistance.
